Who we are

What we collect
When you book the karaoke room or ask about renting Play: your name, email, phone number, the date and time you want, and anything you type in the notes. If you pay online, Square collects the card details. We never see or store your card number.
When you join the list: your email address, and which form you used.
When you use the app: the email you sign in with, the display name you pick, the scores you post, and the photos you upload to prove them. A photo of an arcade screen is read by an automated vision service to pull the number off it.
Automatically, on the website: the page you landed on and the ad or link that sent you, so we know which ads are worth paying for.
Why we collect it
To hold your booking and take payment, to answer your questions, to email you the offers you asked for, to run the leaderboard and hand out the rewards it earns, and to see which ads work. That is the whole list.
Who else touches it
We use ordinary services to run the place, and each one only sees what it needs:
- Square for payments
- Google for our calendar, our spreadsheets and our email
- Kit for the email list
- Supabase for app accounts, scores and photos
- Google AI to read the score off a photo you upload
- Meta for ad measurement on the website
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent it out to anybody.
How long we keep it
Booking records stay with us as business records. Score photos stay until the score is verified or rejected. Ask us to remove you from the email list and you are gone from it immediately.
Deleting your account and your data
Email iplaypensacola@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, say you want your account deleted, and we will delete the account, the scores you posted and the photos you uploaded within 30 days. Paid booking records are the one exception, since we have to keep sales records.
Email you can stop
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and it stops.
Kids
Play is 21 and over, and so are the website and the app. We do not knowingly collect anything from anybody under 13. If that happened, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this page we change the date at the top. If it is a big change, we will say so in an email.
